At Dillimall, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on www.dillimall.com.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Eligible Returns
You may return a product if:
It is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended.
You received the wrong item or wrong specification.
You are not satisfied with the product (general returns / buyer’s remorse), provided it is unused and in resaleable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return unless received in defective or damaged condition:
Personal care products (e.g., trimmers, grooming appliances, opened hygiene items).
Consumables and perishable goods (e.g., food processors’ consumables, filters, cleaning solutions).
Gift cards, vouchers, or software licenses.
Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised repairs.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost once the return is validated.

For defective/damaged/wrong items, return shipping is free.
For general returns (buyer’s remorse), return shipping charges may apply.
6. Exchange & Replacement
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
